Wanna avoid 1% Obamacare fine for not signing up? Smoke a fracking cigarette

Dist 1 Arlington Council member, Charlie Parker pro smoking...profracking..great spokesperson for pot toking?

Dist 1 Arlington Council member, Charlie Parker pro smoking (rights)  “I am all about representation. I am not a single issue person ie. (clean Air). I believe the rights of everyone are important and not just special interest groups.”... Charlie is profracking too..hey Charlie looky, there may be a way to opt out of Obamacare & get those BIG (wink, wink) royalty checks!!

So you have your own insurance you wanna keep it albeit noncompliant to the expensive beeps & whistles of the Obamacare plans?

Or you refuse to participate in government handouts even if you “do” qualify?

Say you break down and sign up jus’ to “see” what the guv handout is, but all your doctors aren’t participating in the marketplace plans.….how infuriating….so why pay the monthly Premium for “Premium”…ie Essential Health Benefits insurance but not have access to YOUR doctors who are not participating in the marketplace plans?

So if you stay in the plan you like AND pay up to a 1% fine come 4/15/15 (better known as the Individual Shared Responsibility Payment), wouldn’t that make you smoking mad enough to want to start smoking?

But BarnettShaleHell blogger you ask “how does admitting I am a smoker help me avoid the 1% fine?”

https://www.healthcare.gov/exemptions/ says  you “may” qualify for an exemption if:

“The lowest-priced coverage available to you would cost more than 8% of your household income”

Fraud charges can be filed by insurance companies if they learn a patient is lying about smoking…….so go ahead inhale…even make a dam video of you smoking because smokers pay on average (FOX reports) 400% more for their insurance premiums….jus don’t forget to register admitting U R a smoker to see if the insurance plans cost you more than 8% of your household income…make sure to note if there is more than one smoker in the house…be honest now!

Hell in Arlington (Gasland) Texas, we live and breathe in the BarnettShaleHell surrounded by 60 padsites of gas drilling emissions…whats a few cigarettes gonna hurt anyway when we have smokestacks literally venting 24/7 in your our yards?

Sadly smokers having sky high premiums (which reflects the costs of smoking), price most people out of getting insurance…thats what the FOX says.

I wonder how long before the Obamacare application will ask you how close you live to a frack site?…hmmmn

About Kim Triolo Feil

Since TX Statute 253.005 forbids drilling in heavily settled municipalities, I unsuccessfully ran for City Council Seat to try to enforce this. Since Urban Drilling, our drinking water has almost tripled for TTHM's. Before moving to Arlington in 1990, I lived in Norco’s “cancer alley”, a refinery town. It was only after Urban Drilling in Arlington did I start having health effects. After our drill site was established closest to my home, the chronic nosebleeds started. I know there are more canaries here in Arlington having reactions to our industrialized airshed (we have 55-60 padsites of gas wells). Come forward and report to me those having health issues especially if you live to the north/northwest of a drill site so I can map your health effects on this blog. It’s unfortunate that healthcare is so expensive that people have feel they either have to sign up for Obamacare or stay uninsured and I think a lot of people are still unaware of what options are out there as an alternative. My friend let me borrow a book that I have found to be very helpful and it talks a lot about how to find other types of affordable healthcare, how to pay directly for healthcare and gives practical advice. The book is called “The Self-Pay Patient” by Sean Parnell. His website, http://selfpaypatient.com/, is also worth checking due to it’s amount lot of helpful and useful information. I would definitely recommend checking it out since the deadline is quickly approaching, whether you’re insured or uninsured.
