Arlington family 1,000 ft downwind to LABC drillsite “We Won’t Bleed in Private” signage

OK so I got an email with these pics and a letter with contact information. This person reached out to one of our Arlington frack fighters and so I’m on this….I’m all over this ya’ll.

The padsite they are closest to is the Lake Arlington Baptist Church drill site…yes the one that had lost well control last April….the sad sad part is they are perfectly downwind about 1,000 ft away…our predominant winds come from the southeast.

THEY have a website Frackfornever too. Gonna ask bout’ those “bleeds”. At the very least we have a new fractivist family and I only see the numbers of us growing here in Arlington Gasland Texass.

And then on Oct 3, 2015 he received a notice from the city that a new change in OUR ordinance restricts the size of a residential sign to be four by two feet…lovely. Now the city is pressuring him to remove the one in his front yard.

Regarding the BLEEDING signage: He shared with me that the saying “We Won’t Bleed in Private”  is something he heard once from a gal who had a profound way with words and how when people gather in numbers for a cause that they can effect change by making public the need for such change.

Mr. Anton invites anybody who wants to join the cause to put pressure on the operators to take out individual insurance bonds for every homeowner that signed a drilling lease to cover any physical damage to their property if it if drilling related. Currently, we are on our own with any damages from subsidence, earthquakes etc. His home was 50 feet from the evacuation zone of the Lake Arlington drill site spill event.

About Kim Triolo Feil

Since TX Statute 253.005 forbids drilling in heavily settled municipalities, I unsuccessfully ran for City Council Seat to try to enforce this. Since Urban Drilling, our drinking water has almost tripled for TTHM's. Before moving to Arlington in 1990, I lived in Norco’s “cancer alley”, a refinery town. It was only after Urban Drilling in Arlington did I start having health effects. After our drill site was established closest to my home, the chronic nosebleeds started. I know there are more canaries here in Arlington having reactions to our industrialized airshed (we have 55-60 padsites of gas wells). Come forward and report to me those having health issues especially if you live to the north/northwest of a drill site so I can map your health effects on this blog.
