NOPE we did not partner w/FT Worth to buy Lake Arlington padsites that need to be shut down!

UPDATE March 1 2017 …I told them so…they had a chance to buy up (and permanently shut in) these padsites when they were being auctioned off! Now we are on track to get a disposal well… look at the picture below of the padsites by the lake and then look at the picture in the ArlingtonVoice report where the planned disposal well will be.

UPDATE January 25, 2016 Dallas News reported that a private equity firm, Natural Gas Partners, is backing the transaction where Bluestone Natural Resources II has acquired the US Quicksilver assets at a recent bankruptcy auction for $245 million. Mr Richard Rainwater was the founder of Natural Gas Partners dRIP.

Star Telegram reported “The auction will be held Dec. 9 at the Dallas offices of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. A hearing to approve a sale of all or a portion of the assets will be held in bankruptcy court Dec. 14”.

Subject: Quicksilver padsites up 4 auction Dec 9 can Arlington Tomorrow Funds buy’em & plug’em 4 public health concerns?
December 9 th 2015 the Quicksilver drilling sites will go up for auction…these are on the Ft Worth side of our drinking water reservoir…..we need to let those bidders know they need to PLUG & ABANDON those padsites or Arlington needs to buy them and plug them NO MORE FLOODING WORRIES of those nasty drill sites on our drinking waters’ edge!
The Lake Arlington Compressor Station was owned by Quicksilver but your head would spin if you saw how often their ownership changes.

Subject: Need ASAP drone to fly over Lake Arlington to see if frackwell padsites are submerged.
This is the picture to the entrance of the Quicksilver padsite now there are a couple of roads on Wilberarger that wind around closer to the lake where the three padsites are.
Please send a drone to see if those padsites have communicated without town’s drinking water source!

Below is the google image and I cannot get close to the sites to tell if the waters made it to the wellheads…any runoff from these sites is a risk to public health especially with the NORM and colloids.

About Kim Triolo Feil

Since TX Statute 253.005 forbids drilling in heavily settled municipalities, I unsuccessfully ran for City Council Seat to try to enforce this. Since Urban Drilling, our drinking water has almost tripled for TTHM's. Before moving to Arlington in 1990, I lived in Norco’s “cancer alley”, a refinery town. It was only after Urban Drilling in Arlington did I start having health effects. After our drill site was established closest to my home, the chronic nosebleeds started. I know there are more canaries here in Arlington having reactions to our industrialized airshed (we have 55-60 padsites of gas wells). Come forward and report to me those having health issues especially if you live to the north/northwest of a drill site so I can map your health effects on this blog.
