In our Lake Arlington 2011 Water Protection Plan, we looked at a drill site’s “load” using Denton TX’s water study info to understand how much that would add to our drinking water risk near our aquifer, Lake Arlington. Ref pg 511 “Under this scenario, an average a gas well site point source is estimated to contribute 7,100 lbs of TSS annually to the receiving waters in the watershed“.
Recently I found a correlation of almost trippled TTHM levels in our Arlington municipal DRINKING WATER since Urban Drilling.
How much is clean water worth verses fighting an HB40 lawsuit trying to
ban the ban on fracking bans
to prevent what POLLUTES the water via:
- storm/flood water padsite and waste water pit runoff,
- leaks & spills (intentional or not),
- aged or damaged casings,
- unintended frack on crack in recycling produced water
- and what recently has been identified by UTA Clear as…
“Indirect evidence of pollutant migration via microannular fissures in well casing”
