#Txexit ? TAD Highest & Best Use = 97% fracking devaluation ?

regis

Regis The Cat says “This 97% devaluation is wrong in many fracked up ways.”

Since TexASS is ate up with with drilling wells for fossil fuels (“surface” land value loss too-see letter below)…. and seeing how the feds want the frackers to fix their global warming methane leaks…if we were to sucede too think how much methane we’d get to waste?
The scientists affected by #Brexit are very worried about the fate of their environment for sure…http://gizmodo.com/british-scientists-are-flipping-out-about-brexit-1782557431

Subject: gathering pipeline .59 cent sq ft- what is subsurface tax valuation sq ft?
Hi, my name is kim Feil and I’m interested in drilling property tax valuations. I noticed that the highest and best use for drilling related properties are very low surface porperty valuations. How do I see the net effect of the taxes created on the subsurface activities related to the now devalued surface drilling related properties?

Subject: idea for Ranger deal
http://bit.ly/28SGuyZ “I have an idea – get Chesapeake to help the Rangers pay for OUR half…they owe us big time in property devaluations  (ave 75-95 % ?) at these drill sites where the highest and best use is high impact, toxic, industrialized mining operations at 55 plus padsites in Arlington pathetically raping the earth, insulting already bad air quality, & risking water supplies fracking for soon 2 B obselete fossil fuels”.

I’ve asked Mr Venables in the past for an analysis of the property value losses at and adjacent to these drill sites…please do one…it is bad enough that the 2010 visibity has dropped off all TAD records to be able to see the damage. Thank goodness for print screens.

The public deserves transparancy…do the audit…get us those numbers please.

About Kim Triolo Feil

Since TX Statute 253.005 forbids drilling in heavily settled municipalities, I unsuccessfully ran for City Council Seat to try to enforce this. Since Urban Drilling, our drinking water has almost tripled for TTHM's. Before moving to Arlington in 1990, I lived in Norco’s “cancer alley”, a refinery town. It was only after Urban Drilling in Arlington did I start having health effects. After our drill site was established closest to my home, the chronic nosebleeds started. I know there are more canaries here in Arlington having reactions to our industrialized airshed (we have 55-60 padsites of gas wells). Come forward and report to me those having health issues especially if you live to the north/northwest of a drill site so I can map your health effects on this blog.
